Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to issue a direction to accept the original settlement deed in Document No.1675, dated 14.09.2004 along with a valuable certificate as surety and allow the petitioner to execute the sureties on complying the condition of the order dated 20.01.2023 passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21728 of 2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court finds no merits to issue any direction in this petition, since this Court has specifically directed the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds of immovable properties worth of Rs.50 lakhs either belonging to himself or his friends or relatives. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
