ORDER

There is a delay of three days in filing the instant Review Petition. The Review Petition is predicated on the ground that the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- directed to be deposited to the credit of the third respondent was for 282 sq.ft. of land that was leased out to the petitioner's father namely, Muthuchamy. However, according to the petitioner, the petitioner is in possession of only 105 sq.ft. of land of the Temple and therefore, the amount that was directed to be deposited is onerous.

2. Though there is no error apparent on the face of the record, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the amount. Subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the amount to the credit of the third respondent, the Review Petition may be numbered and listed for further orders.
