2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation, dated 30.11.2015 through which he sought for mutation of revenue records in respect of the land at Survey No. 6/1B3, Ponmeni Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District measuring an extent of 53 cents.

3. Considering the fact that the said representation is said to be still pending before the second respondent, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.11.2015 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
