ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police and his subordinates not to harass or ill-treat the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry in connection with a money transaction at the instance of the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.323 of 2023. He would further submit that both the parties have not co-operated for enquiry.

3. In view of the said submission, the 2nd respondent police is directed to close the enquiry pending on its file and advise the parties to work out the remedy through civil Court process. 4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
