ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested pursuant to the non bailable warrant and remanded to judicial custody since 28.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 395 read with 411 of I.P.C., in crime No183 of 2006, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other threatened the defacto complainant and demanded money from the defacto complainant.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that since the accused was declared proclaimed under Section 82 of Cr.P.C., he was arrested on the execution of warrant on 16.08.2018. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent filed charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in S.C.No.347 of 2008 on the file of the V Additional Sessions Court, Madurai.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.
