ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the proceedings pending in DVC.No.40 of 2025 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

2.This court considered the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners. Though the petitioners have raised several grounds, this Court is of the opinion that it can be appreciated only during the trial. Therefore this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, during trial. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioners has insisted for dispensation of the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court that the 1st petitioner is working in army and the 2nd and 3rd petitioners are their in laws. The petitioners can file an 2/4

application before the trial court assigning necessary reasons for dispensing their appearance and the trial court shall consider it on merits.
