ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation, dated 23.05.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, one Hariharan @ Hari had cut and remove number of trees from the petitioner's land and from his relative's land. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint before the Thaandikudi Police Station. During enquiry, the above said Hariharan has made a promise that 'to compensate the petitioner, he will plant 700 trees'. But, so far he has not fulfilled his promise and hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents to take action against the said Hariharan. But the respondents did not pass any orders on the petitioner's representation. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Admittedly, it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the said Hariharan, in which, the official respondents has no role to pay. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he should https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approach the competent forum for getting appropriate remedy and for that purpose he cannot invoke Article 226 of Constitution of India.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the competent forum seeking appropriate remedy. No Costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(T&P) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To 1.The District Collector, Dindigul District, Dindigul.
