Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to forbear the 3rd respondent from interfering with the Cable TV business of the petitioner as the authorized Local Cable Operator having LCO Number:35351 in Adaikalapuram village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2017.

Mr.S.Sadesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R-1 and R-2 and Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel takes notice for R-3.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Apprehending that the third respondent would create hindrance to the petitioner's Cable TV business, the petitioner had given a complaint by way of representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents 1 and 2 on 05.01.2017. The petitioner apprehends that the third respondent is trying to interfere with his business and attempting to stall it.

4.Though the said representation was made only on 05.01.2017, in view of the impending threat to the petitioner's business, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on its own merits and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the third respondent and after considering his objections, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not expressed any views with regard to the petitioner's entitlement to the relief sought for by him. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
