Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to resume Public Works Department Vaikkal Poramboke land in T.S.No.1067 from the hands of land grabbing and avoid monetary loss to Government exchequer and initiate penal provision for those involving the irregularities, tampering, manipulating of records.
