ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 20.05.2018. The respondent herein has filed HMOP before the Sub Court, Theni seeking divorce. He has also taken out an application for waiving the period of one year.

2. The petitioner is based in Srivilliputhur and she is already a victim of fire accident. Therefore, it will be difficult for her to go over to Theni and contest the proceedings there. Hence, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws I.A.No.160 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No...... of 2018 from the Sub Court, Theni and transfers the same to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
