ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defacto-complainant in STC.No.131 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Madurai, seeking expeditious disposal of the trial.

2. A perusal of the records reveals that a Non-Bailable Warrant has been pending against the accused from 17.04.2026 onwards, and the matter is listed on 06.07.2026 for compliance.

3. In view of the above said facts, the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai, is suo motu impleaded as the second respondent.

4. In view thereof, the second respondent is directed to execute the NonBailable Warrant issued on 17.04.2026 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Fast Track Court at the Magisterial Level, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
