This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 134 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The facts of this case is covered by the Judgment of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1356 of 2018 batch, dated 20.09.2018. Accordingly, the F.I.R in Crime No. 134 of 2018 is hereby quashed and the criminal original petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
