ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.1559 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the District Court, Tuticorin or any other competent Court at Tuticorin.

2. The matter was already settled between the parties. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, there is some error in the terms of the settlement.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after the settlement, they joined together and now the wife is pregnant.

4. Since the parties are now living together, the respondent should not escalate the issue once again. In view of the above settlement, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Eventhough, there is some issue with regard to the terms of settlement, this Court is not inclined to enter into the issue.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
