This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the to direct the first and second respondents herein to direct the third respondent not to intervene in civil matters and not to harass the petitioner unlawfully by involving in civil matters,considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent gave complaint against the petitioner and the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed the complaint on 30.06.2022 and as of now no complaint is pending against the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
