ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioners in Crl.A.(M).No.321 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioners can be modified.

4. Accordingly, the condition No.12(ii) already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.321 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 is hereby modified as follows: " The petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week, (i.e., on every Monday) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. "
