ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.87 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report in Spl.S.C.No.302 of 2025 has been filed before the POCSO Court, Madurai, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
