This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15.09.2021, considering the fact that it is a civil dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to mediation. After that mediation process was undertaken and the mediation report was also received by this Court, wherein, the parties entered into an agreement. 3.Recording the terms of the joint compromise memo as well as the terms of settlement, this petition stands disposed of. The terms of joint compromise memo shall form part of this order.
