ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to depute any other investigation agency to investigate the case in Crime No.6 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The grievances of the petitioner is that even after a specific direction has been issued by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.15405 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020, no progress has been made. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready and the same is yet to be filed before the proper Court, after completion of the official formalities.

4.Since the final report is made ready, at this stage, the transfer of investigation may not arise.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.13549 of 2021 Court directs the concerned respondent police to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is not satisfied the contention raised in the final report, he can to workout the remedy through proper proceedings before the concerned Court. With the above said libery, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
