: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to appoint the petitioner in the above said Sanitary Cleaner Works to the fourth respondent school premises, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2019 and to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, within a time frame stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to appoint the petitioner, as Sanitary Cleaner Works to the fourth respondent school premises, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.07.2019 and consider the same, within a time frame stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she sought direction to the fourth respondent to appoint her as Sanitary Cleaner to the fourth respondent school, under consolidated pay Rs.7,500/-.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer now sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted for appointing her as Sanitary cleaner in fourth respondent school premises under the consolidated pay.

4. In view of the above submission, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority to workout her remedy in accordance with law.

5. With the above observations, the instant writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
