ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C. in crime Nos.86, 84 and 85 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 07.09.2018 at midnight, the petitioner had stolen some water engine motors worth about Rs.15,000, 15,000 and Rs.10,000/- respectively. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and only on the confession statement given by other accused, this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

itself, he committed theft in three places and based on the confession statement given by the co-accused only, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
