ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No.3257/2025 in Crl A(MD) No.313/2025 dated 08.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default. 1/3

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and also in view of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No.3257/2025 in Crl A(MD) No.313/2025 dated 08.04.2025 is hereby modified as follows:

" The petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Adirampattinam Police Station, Adirampattinam once in a week, (i.e., on every Monday) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal."

5. Other conditions shall hold good.
