O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 to 7 on the basis of the complaint dated 03.09.2021.

2. Even though writ of mandamus for such relief will not lie, even as per the observation made by this Court on 09.09.2021 to inform about the stage of the complaint given by the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.16347 of 2021 the matter has been listed today.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has circulated a copy of the closure report. It has been stated in the closure report that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.262 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both parties have appeared and the petitioner herein gave a statement to the effect that he is ready to pay installment and also ready to withdraw this petition. Similarly the fifth respondent has also given a statement that he is ready to receive the amount from the petitioner in installments. Based upon the above said terms, the complaint given by the petitioner came to be closed.

4. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
