ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13073 of 2024 dated 26.03.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having two children and one of the child is special child. In the month of May, 2025, the petitioner's son had undergone treatment and this petitioner had spent considerable amount for the treatment. For the said reason only, she is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13073 of 2024 dated 26.03.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
