Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to Roc.A1/1078/2019, dated 22.08.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty and to pay his all benefits including wages by treating the period of suspension as his duty period for all purpose.

2.The suspension order of the petitioner is under challenge. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated into the service, as such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.
