ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 992 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned, however, on condition that the Petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench on or before 03.12.2025.
