This petition is filed to condone the delay of 229 days in representing the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall 2/3
