Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police
protection for the uninterrupted running of the second petitioner school namely Aarushi Global School situated at Karisalpatti Road, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection for the uninterrupted running of the second petitioner school viz., Aarushi Global School situated at Karisalpatti Road, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent submitted that they have arrived at a compromise on 16.04.2017, under which the fifth respondent has paid Rs.15 lakhs to the petitioners and the balance amount of Rs.16 lakhs is due from the fifth respondent to the petitioners. As per the agreement dated 16.04.2017, the fifth respondent has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.16 lakhs on or before 28.04.2017. The petitioners have also give an undertaking that on receipt of the balance amount of Rs.16 lakhs, he will hand over the property to the fifth respondent.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
