Heard both sides. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. No counter-affidavit is filed on behalf of the Respondents.
2. According to the Petitioners/Brothers, they are desirous of transferring the patta in their names, based on Title Deeds as well as judgment and decree of the competent civil Courts. It appears that the Petitioners sent a communication through E-Mail, dated 30.06.2016 to the Office of the Second Respondent. But, till date, no action has been taken in this regard. Hence, he had submitted another representation on 19.08.2016 addressed to the Second Respondent. Even thereafter, no action was taken by the Second Respondent on the Petitioners' representation. Hence, they have filed the present Writ Petition before this Court, seeking for passing of an order by this Court, in directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Respondents to transfer the patta in their names, by considering the representations, dated 30.06.2016 and 19.08.2016 respectively.

Considering the fact that the representations of the Petitioners, dated 30.06.2016 and 19.08.2016, are pending on the file of the Second Respondent/Tahsildar, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, at this stage, this Court, in the interest of justice and fair play, directs the Second Respondent/Tahsildar, Oddanchatram Taluk, Dindigul District, to look into the representations of the Petitioners as stated supra and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned speaking order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (Of course after adhering to the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing notice to the Petitioners and others concerned if any, if situation so warrants). Needless for this Court to make a significant mention that the Petitioners are to render their assistance and unstinted co-operation to the Second Respondent so as to enable the latter to do needful in their favour in the subject matter in issue, within the time afore stated. With the above said Direction(s)/Observation(s), this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
