O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent pertaining to the property in survey No.400/1, for an extent of 1.36 acre situated at Sappaniyendhal Village, Pullamadai Group, Saveriarpattinam Post, Thiruvadadani Taluk, Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Today, Mr.Kottai, the petitioner himself and Mr.Ganesan, Sub Inspector of Police, are present before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed, after enquiring both Durairaj and the petitioner and on the ground that both of them agreed to go before the civil Court.
