ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 26.07.2021 with regard to the issuance of Community Certificates for the petitioner's children namely Vijayakumar and Sakthi.

2.Mr.T.A.Punithan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given her application as early as on 26.07.2021 for the issuance of Community Certificates to her children, the respondent has not issued the same yet. 3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's application would be considered within three weeks time.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, we direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.07.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
