ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner by the second respondent police under the guise of petition enquiry without due process of law.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3.According to the petitioner due to money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the third respondent made a complaint to the second respondent police. Based on the complaint, the police officials threatened the petitioner and his family members. 4. Heard,Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.70 of 2019 and the same was closed on 06.02.2019 by observing that it is a money dispute.

6. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
