ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 06.04.2026.

2.On perusal of the reasons contained in the impugned refusal check slip and upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clear that the petitioner is claiming title through Document No.912 of 2016 which was already held to be a fraudulent document by proceedings dated 22.02.2022. Unless the said order is challenged by the petitioner in the manner known to law, the refusal check slip cannot be assailed. Therefore, giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps in the manner known to law on the same cause of action, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
