[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The order passed under Section 6 of Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act is under challenge in the present writ proceeding. 2.The order passed under Section 6 of Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act is susceptible to appeal under Section 10 of the Act. 3.Thus, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Collector under Section 10 of the Act to establish their case, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
