ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6955 of 2026 dated 20.04.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, the fact that the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
