ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.08.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the original borrower and co-applicant in respect of the loan availed by his father from the third respondent and his loan account was converted into NPA Account, but no such notice was served upon him. Hence, the petitioner made a representation, dated 20.08.2020 to the second respondent to grant some more time for initiating the illegal proceedings before the appropriate forum till the lifting of lock down.

3. On a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the said Writ Petition was filed in the year 2020 and now, the aforesaid lock down has been lifted by the Government and restored in normalcy and therefore, the prayer sought in the Writ Petition is no longer required for consideration.
