ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of his revision in Na.No.B2/26235/2007, within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, the revision is of the year 2007 and the same is pending with the respondent. So far, the respondent did not pass any order disposing the revision.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader by producing a copy of the proceedings of the respondent, dated 09.09.2016, submits that with regard to the revision filed by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted on various stages and finally, it was posted on 29.10.2016.

4. In the above circumstances, the respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in Na.No.B2/26235/2007, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the respondent for the speedy disposal of the revision, within the stipulated time.
