The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.20868 of 2025 dated 1/4

26.11.2025 wherein this Court has directed the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, the charge sheet has been laid on 05.06.2026 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and it has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.167 of 2026.
