PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to appoint the Petitioner as Sanitary Worker in Adi Dravidar and Schedule Tribe Welfare Hostel and Residential School, Trichy under the control of the 4th Respondent on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2022 within time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Though the petitioner herein has sought for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus to the respondents seeking for disposal of his representation, wherein, he has requested the respondents to appoint him to the post of Sanitary Worker in the Adi Dravidar and Scheduled Tribes Welfare Hostel and Residential School, Trichy, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had earlier participated in the selection process and was called for an interview in this regard on 05.02.2021 and that since he is not aware of the result of the interview, he would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to intimate him about the outcome of his interview.

2.In view of limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent herein to intimate the result of the interview claimed to have been held on 05.02.2021 for the petitioner, pursuant to the interview letter in Na.Ka.No.W4/19617/2020, dated 19.01.2021, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
