ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the orders of this Court dated 05.01.2022 passed in W.P(MD)No.22688 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court vide order dated 05.01.2022 directed the respondent to accommodate this petitioner in Virudhunagar district and so far the order is not complied with. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that it has been decided to accommodate the petitioner in the vacant place in Virudhunagar district and necessary orders would be passed shortly.

4.The learned Counsel for the petitioner has also agreed for the same.
