Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to look into the grievance of the petitioner expressed in the representation dated 04.04.2017 and thereby accord permission to conduct the "Temple Festival of Nerthikadan Seluthutal @ Kida Vettuthal" on 10.04.2017 to the Temple, "Karuppannasamy Kovil" Festival, at Manjapatti Village, Karaiyapatti Post, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the Respondents herein to look into the grievance of the petitioner expressed in the representation dated 04.04.2017 and thereby accord permission to conduct the "Temple Festival of Nerthikadan Seluthutal @ Kida Vettuthal" on 10.04.2017 in the Temple, "Karuppannasamy Kovil" Festival, at Manjapatti Village, Karaiyapatti Post, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing for the parties submitted that the festival is already over on 10.04.2017 as per the resolution passed by the Peace Committee convened for the said purpose.

3.In such view of the matter, there is nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
