ORDER

These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for the willful disobedience and noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.22091 & 22095 of 2018, dated 04.01.2019.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Contemnors would submit that the second respondent has conducted investigation and filed final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Kulithurai as directed by order of this Court, dated 04.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.22091 & 22095 of 2018. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
