Acre 0.19, S.F.No.43/1, measuring an extent of Acre 0.12 in Aadhanoor Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichirappalli District, by deleting the name of Palaniyandi and including petitioner's name and not including the names of respondents 3 and 4.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4.

2. The petitioner seeks mutation of the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned property and inclusion of his name. He had given an application before the second respondent. The second respondent has already issued a notice and the enquiry is to be held on 02.09.2022. The second respondent shall conclude the enquiry and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks

thereafter. The second respondent will put respondents 3 and 4 on notice before passing final order. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
