O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the order of the first respondent, dated 17.08.2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no justification in the impugned proceedings, dated 17.08.2016, being issued directing the petitioner to remit back the gratuity amount of Rs.7,35,428/-, which has been legally granted to the petitioner herein.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the impugned order is a direction given only to the President, the second respondent herein and not to the petitioner. Therefore, it is not the concern of the petitioner to challenge the order.

4.Under such circumstances, recording the statement given by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
