Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent i.e., the Commissioner for Milk Production and Dairy Development, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2016 regarding disbursement of the retirement benefits of the petitioner based on the report dated 06.06.2016 sent by the General Manager, Sivagangai District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Ltd, Karaikudi within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
