ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the FIR registered in Crime No.153 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that after completion of investigation, the final report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur through e-filing and it is yet to be taken on file. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the final report has already been filed this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur to take the final report on file within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent police shall take necessary steps and follow it up with the court for ensuring that the final report is taken on file. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
