and 01.05.2025 made by the petitioner herein to fill up the entire sanctioned no.149 (academic and non academic) posts in the 3rd respondent institute herein and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations dated 25.08.2024, 30.12.2024 and 01.05.2025 made by the petitioner, seeking to fill all the sanctioned 149 (academic and nonacademic) posts in the third respondent institute.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have 2/5
been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.07.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No PKN 3/5
