This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in First Information Report in Crime No.915 of 2018, dated 10.11.2018, for the offences under Sections 42, 45(12) of Prisons Act, 1894 and 34 of IPC., on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.

2. In view of the order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Crl.O.P (MD)No.413 of 2019, this Court quashes the First Information Report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11483 of 2019 in Crime No.915 of 2018 and no case is pending as against the petitioner.
