2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in prison for 89 days, i.e. from 02.12.2014 to 28.02.2015. However, in the order dated 02.07.2025, it has wrongly been mentioned that the petitioner was in prison upto 28.02.2025, instead of 28.02.2015. Therefore, the period of prison as wrongly mentioned in the 4th and 7th line of paragraph No.3 and also in the 5th line of paragraph No.4 in the order dated 02.07.2025 has to be rectified.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to correct the error in the order dated 02.07.2025 as mentioned above and after carrying out the said corrections, issue a fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
