Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the Service Surrender Leave Salary of Rs.73,395/- payable to the petitioner for the period from December 2009 to December 2012, together with 18% interest from the date of his retirement i.e. 30.06.2016 to till the date of payment and all other attendant benefits to him.
