O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments in the land at Simon Colony, Reethapuram Town Panchayat, Colachel Village, Kalakulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District. He has given a representation dated 29.02.2016.

2.The second respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and if satisfied that there is encroachment as alleged, shall remove the same in association with the third respondent after giving notice to the encroacher and by following due process of law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
